Ranks are used to designate which players will be benched in the case that an event overfills. Benched players will still receive EP for an event, so long as they remain online and available to flex in should we need them. (See .)
All new players start at trial status. In the event of an overfill, trials will be the first to be benched. However, very new trials are unlikely to be benched, to review their performance.
At the discretion of the officers, trials will eventually be promoted to either Member or Raider status. Promotion generally occurs after a couple of weeks of attendance and adequate performance.
Members are those who have demonstrated an adequate level of performance and have been in the guild for a couple of weeks. In the event of an overfill, Members will be the second to be benched.
Those who consistently perform above average will be promoted to Raider status.
Raiders are those who have demonstrated an above average level of performance and have been in the guild for a couple of weeks. In the event of an overfill for PvE content, Raiders will be the last to be benched.
